A Distinctive
Coastal Breakfast
Breakfast at The East Wind is a relaxed and
generous start to the day.
Depending on the number of guests,
breakfast is served either at
the kitchen breakfast bar — where early
conversation often begins —
or in the dining room overlooking the garden.
On warm mornings, guests are
welcome to enjoy breakfast outdoors
in the covered sunroom.
The morning begins with fresh fruit and
yogurt parfaits topped with house-made
granola, accompanied by coffee or tea.
A hot breakfast follows, prepared
each morning in the kitchen and
served at the table — sometimes
French Toast with local apple sausage,
a savoury Monte Cristo, Smoked Salmon
with house-made cream cheese, or another
seasonal dish inspired by the coast.
For early risers, a new espresso machine
with premium coffee and
espresso pods is available in the lounge.
I’m always happy to accommodate dietary
needs, and guests with early departures can
take a packed breakfast along for the road.
